We are seeking a energetic and organized Front Office Executive – Telecalling cum Accountant to manage front office operations, student enquiries, telecalling activities, and basic accounting functions.

Front Office & Administration (60%)
- Reception & Customer Service: Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and clients in a qualified and friendly manner. Serve as the face of the organization.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses, fees, and schedules. Provide accurate course and admission information to prospective students.
- Admissions Support: Coordinate appointments for counseling sessions, manage inquiry records and student databases, and assist the admissions team with enrolment documentation and follow-ups.
- Office Administration: Maintain visitor registers, manage incoming/outgoing couriers and correspondence,



and ensure the reception area and front office are clean, organized, and presentable.

Accounts & Finance (40%)
- Fee Management: Handle daily cash transactions, collect student fees, issue receipts and invoices, and maintain accurate fee collection records.
- Payables & Reconciliation: Manage accounts payable activities, process vendor payments, and coordinate with vendors for invoice submissions and payment clarifications. Perform basic bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update entries in Tally or Excel, and prepare daily/weekly collection reports for management review.
- Statutory Compliance (Basic): Assist in basic TDS calculations and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year
