Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Senior Merchandiser to manage key international buyer accounts and oversee end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of garment manufacturing, robust communication, coordination, organization skills, and the ability to maintain strict adherence to timelines and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for international buyers ensuring smooth communication, updates, and alignment on product development, pricing, and delivery.
- Oversee the complete merchandising process from fabric sourcing, design development,



sampling, and costing to production and shipment.
- Maintain continuous communication with buyers to understand upcoming seasonal plans, sharing any fabric developments, development ideas/concepts that align with buyer preferences.
- Strengthen existing buyer relationships and play a key role in scaling company revenue and improving order conversion rates.
- Coordinate effectively with design, sampling, and production teams to maintain workflow discipline and resolve bottlenecks proactively along with ensuring proactive communication on any delays or changes.
- Participate in buyer meetings, representing the company's capabilities and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure timely milestones are achieved (approvals, fittings, PP samples, and production) and smooth order execution.
