, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Associate
to join our team. If you have experience in collections, customer reconciliations, ageing reports, and cash flow management, we'd love to connect with you
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable ageing reports.
- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders for timely collections.
- Reconcile customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS,
ageing, collections, and credit risk reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve pending orders due to payment issues.
- Support initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
What We're Looking For
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, or BBA (Finance).
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
- Solid knowledge of receivables management, reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
