Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven
Team
Sales Managers (TSM)
to drive sales operations within their assigned districts. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market penetration, building strategic partnerships, and hitting revenue targets to establish NxtSft as the go-to proptech platform in your region.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Own and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for your assigned territory.
- Market Penetration:



Expand NxtSft’s footprint by onboarding homeowners, builders, agents, and channel partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong, long-term relationships with local builders, developers, and real estate associations.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain a robust sales pipeline. Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and actionable market insights to the Regional Sales Head.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional service delivery to key clients and efficiently resolve any customer escalations.
