Role Description
The Calling Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori, responsible for overseeing and optimizing outbound and inbound calling operations. This role involves managing calling teams, setting daily targets, monitoring call quality, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads, clients, and partners.



The Calling Manager will coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to support campaign execution, gather feedback from conversations, and update CRM or call logs accurately. Daily responsibilities include preparing call scripts, training team members on communication standards, handling escalations, and generating regular performance reports. The role also requires maintaining professional communication, improving processes for lead conversion and client retention, and contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and qualified phone etiquette.
- Experience managing calling or telemarketing teams, with skills in target setting, performance tracking, and team coaching.
