We are looking for an experienced Corporate Advocate / In-House Legal Counsel who can independently manage all legal, contractual, compliance, litigation, corporate governance, employment law,



and regulatory matters across all group companies.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCorporate Legal Affairs
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs, franchise agreements, vendor agreements, customer contracts and partnership agreements.
- Handle company incorporation, ROC filings and corporate governance matters.
- Provide legal advice to Directors and senior management on strategic business decisions.
- Draft Board Resolutions, Shareholder Agreements and other corporate documentation.

Litigation & Court Matters
- Represent the company before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts and Arbitration proceedings.
- Coordinate with external counsels across India.
- Draft legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits and recovery proceedings.
- Handle cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Manage recovery matters, employment disputes and contractual litigation.
