Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RO Water Purifier & Water Softener Technician to join our service team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of RO water purifiers and water softener systems.

Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair RO water purifiers and water softeners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other faulty components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
- Visit customer locations for installation and service calls.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Educate customers on the proper usage and maintenance of RO systems.

Requirements




- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Plumbing, or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RO water purifier and water softener servicing.
- Knowledge of RO, UV, UF systems, and water softeners.
- Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Own bike is mandatory for field service visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
