About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow Inear's online sales channels. Based in office at our Bhopal office, you will own the day-to-day performance of our marketplace and direct-to-consumer platforms, ensuring an excellent customer experience and consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces (such as Amazon and Flipkart) and the company website.
- - Monitor inventory levels and order flows,
coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- - Create and maintain accurate, compelling product content, descriptions, and images that drive conversions.
- - Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, returns) and use insights to improve listing performance and overall revenue.
- - Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
- - Support customer communication related to online orders and help resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales (experience in consumer electronics or retail is a plus).
- - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
- - Good working knowledge of ecommerce tools, seller dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
