Role Description
The Head of Sales Operations is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations function to support revenue growth and efficiency.



This role involves designing and refining sales processes, managing sales data, forecasting, and performance reporting to provide clear insights for strategic decision-making. The Head of Sales Operations will collaborate closely with sales leadership to support territory planning, pipeline management, and resource allocation, while ensuring tools and CRM systems are effectively used across the team. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key sales metrics, driving process improvements, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with marketing and operations, and supporting training and enablement for the sales team. The role also requires aligning sales operations with company goals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and contributing to business planning for new markets and offerings.
