About the Role :

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across our direct-to-consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on scaling ecommerce businesses through performance marketing, experimentation, and continuous optimization. You will own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, collaborate closely with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams, and drive profitable growth by improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Own customer acquisition strategy with a focus on CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, and revenue growth.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, bid optimization, audience segmentation, creative testing,



and campaign scaling.
- Optimize the complete ecommerce funnel from ad click to purchase by identifying and removing conversion bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing static, video, UGC, and carousel creatives based on performance insights.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize key ecommerce KPIs including CAC, CPTA, CPA, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce and CRM teams to improve customer retention, remarketing, repeat purchase rate, and overall customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta
