About the Role

We are looking for a creative, technology-friendly and highly responsible Brand & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage branding, digital marketing, content creation and online presence across multiple business verticals.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management team on:
- Kartik Steels, an established steel distribution business
- Kalawati Steels, an upcoming organised retail chain for steel and building materials
- Samrit Bharat, an upcoming building-materials and construction-products brand

This will not be a routine social-media posting role. The candidate will be expected to convert management ideas into skilled campaigns, creatives, website content, presentations, product communication and measurable digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management and Creative Design
- Create professional social-media posts, stories, banners, brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements and marketing collateral
- Develop creatives for retail stores, dealer communication, product launches, outdoor branding,



signboards and promotional campaigns
- Maintain consistency in logos, colours, typography, templates and overall brand presentation
- Create and organise brand guidelines, design templates and digital asset libraries
- Coordinate printing and production of brochures, banners, standees, visiting cards, packaging and other branded materials
- Review vendor designs and ensure that no logo, colour or brand element is altered without approval

Social Media and Content
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for all brands
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Write captions, scripts, headlines, product descriptions and campaign copy in professional English and Hindi
- Develop concepts for reels, product videos, educational content, launch campaigns and brand films
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement and respond or coordinate responses where required
