About the Role:
Abroad Gateway is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filing Manager to handle end-to-end visa application processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of student visa procedures and a proven track record in documentation and file management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process student visa and migration applications for multiple countries
- Verify documents, conduct background checks, and ensure accuracy in all submissions
- Draft and review formal documents, applications, and visa forms with precision
- Coordinate with clients, universities, and consular offices
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and agents for timely updates
- Track and manage pending documents and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare students for visa file submission and guide them through the process
- Maintain and update databases with accurate client information
- Ensure a high-quality, error-free, and process-driven workflow
- Stay updated with changing visa rules and entry requirements across destinations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa filing (mandatory)
- Background in the immigration/study visa industry
