Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain CICS transactions using COBOL programming language.
- Provide production support for mainframe applications developed on DB2 platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to VSAM datasets and JCL jobs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in Mainframe Development with expertise in CICS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, and VSAM.
- Solid understanding of Mainframe Production Support processes and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comformtable for Rotational Shifts(6AM/9AM/1PM) (no Night Shifts)
