Role Description
The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving branch-level business growth and achieving sales targets for housing finance products.



The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies, managing customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local influencers. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee and mentor the branch sales team, monitor performance, and ensure consistent follow-up on leads and inquiries. Daily tasks include reviewing pipelines, conducting field visits, ensuring adherence to credit and risk guidelines, and coordinating with operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing. The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies, monitoring market trends and competition, and ensuring high standards of customer service and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid sales and business development skills, including target achievement, lead generation, and field sales experience in financial services or related sectors.
