Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal ATS.
- Onboard new hires by preparing offer letters, maintaining HR records, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing internal events, managing feedback surveys, and maintaining culture boards.
- Track attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in HRMS tools like Zoho People or Google Workspace.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, internal communications,



and SOPs under senior HR guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Any HRMS tools understanding (GreytHR, Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data sorting)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- LinkedIn Recruiter (basic sourcing and outreach)
- Naukri / Indeed job posting experience
- HR policy documentation (drafting & formatting)

Preferred
- Basic understanding of Indian labor laws ( Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Experience in event coordination or campus recruitment drives
