2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Execute complete joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle employee exit formalities, full & final documentation, and exit interviews.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee databases.
- Generate HR MIS reports.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities.
- Organize celebrations, team-building events, festivals, and rewards programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews.
- Support KPI and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance documentation.
- Follow up with managers on appraisal timelines.
- Assist in employee development planning.
6. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory employee records.
- Support audits related to HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
