Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in SAP Basis administration and support across complex SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience managing SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Portal, and SAP HANA environments. This role involves SAP system administration, upgrades, performance optimization,



production support, and ensuring high availability of SAP systems while collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure and application teams.

Administer and support SAP ECC, BW, CRM, Solution Manager, Portal, and SAP HANA landscapes across Development, QA, and Production environments.

Perform SAP installations, configurations, system/client copies, kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and landscape refresh activities.

Monitor SAP systems, HANA databases, background jobs, interfaces, and overall system performance to ensure high availability.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

Manage Transport Management System (TMS), release activities, and change implementations.

Support SAP HANA administration, including monitoring, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and optimization.
