Role Description
The LiDAR Survey Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing LiDAR survey projects from initial scoping through final data delivery. Day-to-day activities include coordinating field survey operations, supervising survey crews, and ensuring proper calibration, deployment, and maintenance of LiDAR and associated geophysical equipment. The role involves managing data collection workflows, overseeing data quality checks,



and collaborating with data processing specialists to produce accurate point clouds and deliverables. The LiDAR Survey Manager will prepare project documentation and reports, communicate progress and technical findings to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety standards, timelines, and budgets. This position also contributes to the development of best practices, supports training of team members, and helps refine methodologies for near-surface geophysical and LiDAR-based surveys.

Qualifications
- Strong background in LiDAR surveying, geospatial data acquisition, or near-surface geophysical surveys, with hands-on field experience managing survey operations.
- Proficiency with LiDAR hardware, GNSS/total station survey instruments, and related data logging tools, including equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
