* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales
* Strong network with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
