About the Role

As a Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners who enquire with Q Oak Interiors through Meta, Google, our website, and other marketing channels.

Your role is not just to make callsit's to understand customer requirements, build trust, consistently follow up, and qualify genuine home interior projects before handing them over to our Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact every assigned lead promptly through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels.
- Understand the customer's home interior requirements and qualify their needs.
- Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups until the customer is ready to move forward.
- Maintain accurate notes and update lead status in the company's CRM.
- Ensure no lead is missed and every enquiry receives consistent follow-up.
- Schedule qualified appointments and hand over sales-ready leads to the Sales Managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead transitions.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, follow-ups, and qualified appointments.
- Deliver a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the qualification process.
