The Inventory Stock Auditor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts, wall-to-wall physical stock audits, verifying stock movements, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining inventory records. The role supports warehouse operations by ensuring stock integrity and compliance with company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Audit
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits.
- Perform physical stock verification against system records.
- Identify inventory variances and investigate root causes.
- Prepare audit reports with corrective action recommendations.
2. Cycle Count
- Execute scheduled cycle counts as per the inventory plan.
- Verify stock by SKU, batch, lot, and location.
- Update count results in the ERP/WMS system.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for discrepancy resolution.
3. Wall-to-Wall Audit
- Conduct complete warehouse physical stock verification.
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy during periodic audits.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system inventory.
- Submit final variance and reconciliation reports.

Inventory Control
- Monitor inward and outward stock transactions.
- Verify GRN, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Maintain stock traceability and inventory documentation.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and audit standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Recommend process improvements to minimize inventory loss.
Qualification
- Graduate in any .
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse inventory or stock audit.
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systems is preferred.
