1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems.

3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave benefits.

4. Attendance and Leave Management:
- Track employee attendance and leaves (sick, vacation, maternity/paternity, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to leave entitlements.

5. Employee Relations Support:




- Provide general administrative support related to employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries about policies, procedures, or benefits.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.

6. Training and Development:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain records of training programs and ensure employees meet required qualifications.

7. HR Policy Compliance:
