*-Role Description*
This is a full time, on-site Blow Machine Operator role based at the Rare Shaades manufacturing facility in Udaipur, Mavli. The Blow Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring bottling and ensuring smooth production flow. Candidate should have Technical knowledge of machine breakdowns and adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, Operate and monitor the PET blow molding machine,Load PET preforms into the machine hopper, Set and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, air pressure, and cycle time, Inspect bottles for defects.Ensure bottles meet size, weight, and quality specifications.Maintain continuous bottle supply to the filling line.



Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns to maintenance.Record production data, machine downtime, and reject quantities.Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene, and safety procedures. Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.

*-REQUIRED SKILLS:*
- Knowledge of PET blow molding processes.
- Understanding of machine controls
- Ability to identify bottle quality defects.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality awareness.

Qualifications
- Ability to safely and efficiently handle
Machine Operation
tasks, including operating automated bottling and packaging equipment.
- Experience with
Quality Control
processes, such as visual inspections, basic measurements, and adherence to product standards.
- Familiarity with production
Machinery
and equipment, including routine monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
