We're Hiring | Business Development Associate (Renewals) - Night Shift

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in EdTech

Location:
HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift:
9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Week Off:
Any weekday

Compensation:
Up to 8.4 LPA fixed + up to 6 LPA incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to handle renewal sales, focused on retaining and upselling existing EdTech customers.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech, renewal sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a customer retention mindset
- Dinner Provided
- Cab Provided for Female Employess (Night shift ONLY)
