About the Role

Kangaroo Alphabet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base for software development and AI solutions. This is a fully remote, commission-based prospect for individuals who are confident in generating leads, building relationships, and closing B2B deals.

What You'll Do

You will identify and connect with businesses that require software development, AI solutions, SaaS products, or digital transformation services. Your responsibilities include generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels, scheduling discovery meetings with potential clients, understanding client requirements, coordinating with our technical team, following up with prospects, maintaining long-term relationships, negotiating proposals, closing deals, and managing your sales pipeline.





Services You'll Represent

You will promote our AI Software Solutions, SaaS Product Development, Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Custom CRM & ERP Systems, White-label Software Solutions, Admin & Sub-admin Panel Development, Automation Solutions, UI/UX Design services, and Homilivo Business Partnerships.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. A basic understanding of software development or technology services is an advantage. Previous experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred but not required.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary or stipend. You will earn a 20% commission on every
