Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Telesales Representative role based in Kolkata. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote insurance and investment products, explain service offerings, and respond to prospect inquiries. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting suitable financial solutions, handling objections,



and guiding potential clients through the sales process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM or internal systems, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams, follow company processes and compliance guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
