About the Role

SPEHRE is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Human Resource (HR) Interns to join our remote team. This internship is an excellent prospect for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, graduates, postgraduates, and freshers who want to gain practical experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition while working from home.

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in various HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team and develop hands-on experience in the complete hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and connect with potential candidates through different platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with applicants and the HR team throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records, recruitment reports, and candidate databases.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility




- Open to undergraduate students, postgraduate students, graduates, postgraduates, and freshers.
- Candidates from non-technical backgrounds are eligible to apply, including BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com, and other non-technical streams.
- BCA candidates are also eligible.
- Candidates from other technical backgrounds, such as B.Tech, B.E., MCA, and similar technical courses, are not eligible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, or Google Workspace is an added advantage.
