We are looking for a proactive CRM skilled to strengthen our post-sales operations with a strong focus on collections, customer documentation, and revenue generation through upselling.

Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager – CRM will be responsible for managing post-sales customer interactions with a primary focus on payment collections, documentation, customer coordination, and upselling opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely collections, accurate documentation, and an enhanced customer experience while supporting the organization's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage customer accounts from booking until possession with a focus on collections and documentation.
- Coordinate and execute booking forms, sale agreements, allotment letters, and other customer documentation.
- Generate and monitor payment schedules, demand notes, and collection follow-ups as per project milestones.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment reconciliation and receipt generation.
- Liaise with Legal, Projects, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries related to payments, documentation, registration, and possession.
- Identify and drive upselling opportunities such as premium units, floor-rise charges, parking, clubhouse memberships, interior solutions, referrals, or other value-added offerings.
