About the Role

Digital Circuits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations across its Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) facility. The ideal candidate will have 12–18 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with solid expertise in production management, operational excellence, process optimization, people leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

The Plant Head will be responsible for driving manufacturing efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality and safety standards, optimizing costs, and building a high-performance manufacturing culture that supports the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations across SMT, PCB Assembly, Box Build, Cable & Wire Harnessing, and System Integration.




- Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely delivery while meeting quality and cost objectives.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure seamless production execution.
- Monitor and optimize production KPIs including throughput, cycle time, machine utilization, rejection rates, and on-time delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce productivity, training, and employee engagement across the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure effective inventory control, material availability, and production scheduling to minimize downtime.
