About the Role

Join our Oracle Architecture team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will provide strategic leadership in designing enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You'll define architecture standards, drive integration strategy, oversee technical design, and guide global teams in delivering contemporary Oracle Cloud solutions that support Milwaukee Tool's digital transformation and Oracle Fusion Redwood adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
- Define, establish, and govern Oracle Fusion architecture standards, design principles, and technical best practices.
- Design and oversee enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),



APIs, data flows, and interoperable cloud architectures.
- Define and enforce security, compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks, including access control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the architectural authority by leading solution reviews, technical governance, and strategic design decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and technical teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle Fusion customizations and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and related Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Support the full solution lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
