About Reva

Reva is building the control plane for the Agentic AI era. As enterprises rapidly adopt AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows, traditional identity and security models are no longer sufficient. Reva enables organizations to discover AI workloads, govern agent behavior, enforce adaptive authorization, and secure AI systems through Intent & Behavior-Based Access Control (IBAC).

We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to build and scale Reva's demand generation engine while establishing our brand across enterprise security, identity, and AI markets.

Role Overview

As Director of Marketing, you will own Reva's end-to-end marketing execution—from demand generation and integrated campaigns to digital marketing, events, marketing operations, and brand awareness.

Reporting directly to the founders, you will build the marketing engine that drives pipeline growth, supports enterprise sales, and positions Reva as a leader in AI Security and Agent Authorization.





This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building marketing functions from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, partner, and outbound channels.
- Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting CISOs, IAM leaders, AI platform teams, security architects, and enterprise decision makers.
- Partner closely with Sales to optimize the lead lifecycle, improve conversion rates, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Design scalable programs that generate predictable, measurable pipeline growth.

Campaigns & Growth Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting product launches, industry trends, webinars, customer stories, and thought leadership.
