What You'll Do

✅ Drive end-to-end execution of academic operations programs

✅ Build dashboards, MIS reports, and operational trackers

✅ Coordinate across Teacher Hiring, Training, Quality, and Business teams

✅ Improve processes, SOPs, and workflows

✅ Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency

We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Program Management, Operations,



Academic Operations, or similar roles
- Solid ownership and execution mindset
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in EdTech, teacher operations, or training operations is a plus
