Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Student Enrolment & Sales Specialist (inbound) role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will handle incoming enquiries from prospective students via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing clear and accurate information about programs, admission requirements, fees, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students through the enrolment process, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records in CRM or student management systems, and meeting individual and team enrolment targets.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear spoken and written English and active listening skills to engage with diverse student populations.




- Organisational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and use of CRM or student information systems to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
- Problem-solving and advisory capabilities to understand student goals, explain program options, and provide guidance aligned with institutional policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or front-line customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or degree in any discipline; training in business, communications, counseling, or a related field is beneficial.

Preferences: Any Graduate (preferably BBA)

Languages: Telugu, English (both mandatory)

Pay scale: 25-35K + Attractive Incentives on lead closures.
