Role Description
The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kilis. This role develops and delivers training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across resort operations and corporate functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learning needs, designing and updating training content, facilitating in-person sessions,



and coordinating with managers to align learning initiatives with business goals. The specialist will manage learning schedules, track participation and outcomes, and provide coaching and feedback to support individual and team development. The position also involves collaborating with HR and operational leaders to continuously improve learning processes and support a culture of growth and high-quality guest service.

Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Training & Development to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs.
- Experience in Learning Management, including managing learning plans, tracking participation, and using learning tools or platforms.
- Skills in Instructional Design to create engaging, structured, and outcome-focused training materials and curricula.
- Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, provide feedback, and support individual development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
