Role Description
The Clinical Research Freelancer Trainer is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division, responsible for delivering classroom and practical training in clinical research and related healthcare domains.



The trainer designs and updates course materials, prepares lesson plans, and conducts interactive sessions, workshops, and case-based discussions for learners at different skill levels. Daily responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, supervising projects, and guiding learners on industry practices and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve training content, supporting placement activities through interview preparation, and ensuring training quality aligns with TechnoBridge’s academic and professional standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Clinical Education and Training skills, with experience in delivering structured, learner-focused healthcare or clinical research programs.
