Visit degree colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, coaching centers daily as per beat plan

*Daily Target: Visit 3-4 colleges, collect 80-100 student leads with contact numbers

2. *Seminar & Workshop SupportAssist team leader in organizing free career seminars at colleges

*Manage registration desk, distribute pamphlets, collect feedback forms during events

*Do post-seminar calling to invite students for branch counseling Target: Support 8-10 seminars/month, ensure 100+ students per event.

3. *Leafleting & Canopy ActivityDistribute pamphlets at high-footfall areas: college gates, bus stops, exam centers, fairs

*Set up canopy with standees and do spot counseling + lead generationGive product demo, explain course perks,



and book branch appointments on the spotDaily Target: Distribute 500+ pamphlets, generate 15-20 leads per day

4. *Channel Partner CoordinationVisit education consultants, cyber cafes, coaching classes to build partner network

*Drop marketing material, collect leads from partners, and maintain weekly follow-upInform partners about new batches, offers, and collect student referrals

Target: Service 10-15 partners weekly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
