Role Description
The Lean Practitioner (Utilities Transformation) is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for applying lean methodologies to analyze and improve processes within utilities operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. Day-to-day tasks include mapping current workflows, identifying waste, designing improved processes,



and supporting implementation of transformation initiatives. The Lean Practitioner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops and training sessions, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports and presentations on progress and outcomes. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, sustainable change adoption, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
- Experience in utilities or operations transformation, with the ability to analyze workflows and optimize service delivery and resource utilization.
- Competence in data analysis, performance measurement, and using metrics and dashboards to drive decision-making and track improvements.
