We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our agile team . The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory and replenishment of stock as needed.
- Assist in optimizing inventory processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.




- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize orders and streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor order status and address any issues or delays in shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers and respond to customer queries.

3. Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange transportation and shipping of products to customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.
- Address any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise and propose solutions to optimize shipping processes.

4. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
