Role Description
The Software Testing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining test cases,



executing manual and automated tests, and managing test cycles to ensure the quality and reliability of Chapter’s AI-powered enterprise solutions. The specialist collaborates closely with software development and product teams to understand requirements, identify defects, and support timely resolutions. Daily activities include test planning, test execution, defect logging and tracking, regression testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. The role also involves preparing transparent test reports, supporting release readiness, and helping maintain high quality standards across deployments.
