Role Description
The Site Civil Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Bijapur, responsible for overseeing civil works and site activities from planning through execution. The role includes supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The Site Civil Engineer will support site layout, grading, drainage, and utility works, monitor project progress, and assist with resolving technical issues on site.



Daily tasks include reviewing drawings, preparing basic site reports, supporting quality checks, and communicating effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to keep the project on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and practical understanding of Civil Engineering Design.
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary site personnel.
- Skills in Planning and coordinating site activities, resources, and timelines.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and their application in site development.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
