Assistant Manager – Client Management & Stakeholder Relations
to join our growing team in
Lucknow
and play a key role in managing strategic client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do:

✅ Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations

✅ Conduct regular review meetings and business discussions with clients

✅ Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

✅ Analyze service performance and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs

✅ Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business reviews

✅ Identify opportunities for process improvement and business expansion

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Client Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Business Development

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities





✔ Experience in handling B2B clients is preferred

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
