About the Role
Laddu Systems is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Clutch, Google Search, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and communicate the company's IT services effectively.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and business development progress.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Robust research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
