Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospitals/units and subsidiary companies on finance and accounting matters.
- Drive standardization of finance processes across the organization.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls at the corporate level.
- Review existing finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing.
- Support implementation of finance initiatives, SOPs, and best practices across the Group.
- Assist kin resolving accounting and reporting issues across business units.
- Coordinate with IT and other functional teams for SAP-related process improvements and finance automation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Good understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Preferable to have Working knowledge of Ind AS
