Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
Preference: Experienced candidates with excellent communication and sales skills will be given preference.
