Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Agriculture team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting farmers, distributors, dealers, and prospective customers to promote agricultural products, generate leads, provide product information, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers.
- Promote agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm equipment, or related services.
- Generate qualified sales leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.

Required Qualifications
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture is preferred.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of agricultural products and farming practices is an advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain customer records and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
