Role Description
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing daily operations in assigned restaurants, bars, or banquet areas. This role ensures consistent adherence to Hyatt’s service standards,



monitors food and beverage quality, and supports a welcoming, guest-focused environment. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, leads pre-service briefings, and provides hands-on guidance during service to maintain efficiency and cleanliness. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and feedback, assisting with inventory control, supporting training and development of team members, and collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards and supporting revenue and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide food and beverage teams, manage shifts, and support performance and development.
