Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Baddi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in nutraceutical manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards,



and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency. The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality assurance, R&D;, and supply chain to meet business goals and client requirements. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, supporting new product development initiatives, and maintaining compliance with international certifications and audits. The position also includes contributing to strategic planning, resource allocation, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or related regulated industries.
