is looking for a creative
Short-Form Video Editor
who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

If you're obsessed with creating engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that hold attention, drive engagement, and actually convert, we'd love to work with you.

You'll be editing content for fast-growing D2C brands across multiple industries, creating videos that generate millions of impressions and help brands scale through social-first creative.

What You'll Be Working On
- Edit
40+ short-form videos per month
(mostly under 60 seconds)
- Create UGC ads, founder-led videos, testimonials, educational content, product demos, and storytelling videos
- Transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content with strong hooks and high retention
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
- Collaborate with our creative strategists to test current concepts and winning ad angles

What We're Looking For

You should be comfortable creating videos that feel native to Instagram Reels, Facebook,



and YouTube Shorts-not traditional corporate edits.

You should know how to:
- Edit fast-paced short-form videos with clean storytelling
- Create strong first 3-second hooks
- Add engaging captions, kinetic text, emojis, highlights, callouts, and motion graphics
- Use jump cuts, zoom-ins, punch-ins, screen recordings, b-roll, memes, overlays, green screen effects, split screens, camera shake, and pattern interrupts naturally
- Make talking-head videos feel dynamic and entertaining
- Choose music, sound effects, pacing, and transitions that maximize watch time
- Understand current social media trends and retention-focused editing
- Think creatively instead of simply cutting footage together

Bonus Skills
- Experience editing Meta Ads and performance creatives
- Understanding of direct-response marketing
- Thumbnail or cover frame design
- Basic motion graphics in After Effects
- Experience with AI-powered editing work
