We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant with 3–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, ability to achieve sales targets, and basic operational understanding. The role also requires team handling and client coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international travel inquiries and package sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective client conversion
- Assist with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and basic operations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and travel partners professionally
- Manage and support junior team members when required
- Provide customized travel solutions and excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with leads and existing clients
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in travel sales and consultancy
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of travel operations and booking processes
- Experience in handling customized tour packages is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced workplace
- Team handling or leadership experience will be an added advantage
