We are looking for a highly energetic, smart, and tech-savvy Management Trainee at Dermatouch who will work directly with senior leadership as an Executive Assistant. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to learn business operations, leadership, strategy, and execution firsthand.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling emails, calendars, meetings, coordination with multiple teams, research assignments, reporting, and various business-critical tasks on behalf of management.

Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and MIS dashboards
- Conduct research and data analysis using AI tools
- Handle business communications and documentation
- Track projects and ensure timely execution
- Support management in day-to-day decision-making and operations
- Liaise with multiple departments and vendors

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)




- Strong command of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Rapid typing and documentation abilities
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
